Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how St Loutions LLC ("we," "us") handles information for visitors to stloutions.com (this "Site"). It does not cover Skeld or any other application we publish — those have their own policies, linked from within the app.
Information we collect
This Site does not have accounts, does not use cookies, and does not run analytics or tracking scripts. The only information we receive is what you choose to send us directly — for example, if you email us or use a "contact" link, which opens your own email client addressed to us. Nothing you enter on this Site is transmitted to or stored on a St Loutions server; it only leaves your device if you choose to send that email.
How we use information
Anything you send us by email is used only to respond to you — to answer a question, discuss a project, or follow up on a request. We don't use it for marketing lists, and we don't sell it.
Third-party services
This Site is hosted on Vercel. Loading the Site involves a request to Vercel's infrastructure to serve the page; no personal data is collected as part of that beyond standard server access logs.
Data retention
We keep emails you send us for as long as reasonably needed to respond to and document that conversation. You can request we delete a message by emailing us.
Your rights
You can ask what we have on file, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us at joshua.stlouis@stloutions.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children's privacy
This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
